Background: Currently there is a 'Multiple Marriage Mod' that seems to be outdated/not working. It would seem that mod author has left the project. It is also incompatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions. Using this mod is a bit of a risk.Request: To create a working multiple marriage mod that is compatible with multiple hearthfire adoptions and Amazing Follower Tweaks.Details: The original mod that is in nexus has a good concept, however it's the bugs that make it worth not using. The idea would be after you marry you would be able to marry again.Additional fine points would be to choose your spouses home and have your children interact with them. With multiple hearthfire adoptions (MHA), you could have 1 spouse with 1 home and 2 children and another spouse in a different home with 2 children. An idea would be that you would speak to maramal to have another wedding but he would request for you to pay a tithe to allow this.
Or another idea would be to obtain written permission from a priest at the temple of dibella to allow another marriage.I will definitely leave it up to the mod author for the creativity on how to achieve additional marriages, these were just some ideas.Thank You.
. The mod is provided as-is. As I'm only porting the mod I have no plans, as of this writing, to update or provide support. This probably ought to be considered a beta, in that there might be a couple small issues from the original mod that have not been fixed yet - but if anyone is willing to do so, feel free to provide a fix/patch. That being said, as far as I am aware, there are workarounds or they are negligible. Be sure to read the description and sticky posts.Oldrim mod - Above images and text quoted below are from there.I recommend using a different outfit manager - such as another port of mine -Man. Haven't been visited this site for years.
Unfortunately this is not an update, it is just a blind permission to anyone who wants toreuse/port my mods, go ahead and don't need to ask my permission, as Iam busy dealing with daily work and a 5 year old son:).Note that you still cannot use my mods for business purpose.Goodbye again.Requirements:All my current updating mods are developed under the skyrim steam version(currently 1.8.151.07) with DawnGuard and Hearthfire DLC. For this mod,I've removed the dependency for Hearthfire in CK but not sure if itworks for games that hasn't purchased Hearthfire. The most significant difference is that, vampire spouses have adifferent set of daily routing. They will try to sleep during daytimeand become active at night.
Please try to find a place with enoughcoffins for them.such as the vampire castle. At the moment no specialspell or ability is added for vampire spouse because I have no plan totouch the follower part at least for now.Installation:Standard NMM upgrade, or uninstall the old version first then install the new version.Instructions for new users:Unfortunately version 1.0 and above are mostly menu driven, for so many reasons.so basically you will deal with menu options. Here assume that you've installed correctly, you should be able to see a modstart notice at the top left corner when you enter the game. The first step is go to riften, temple of mara. You should be able to seethe Shrine of Dudestia right next to the main table. You will also findtwo spell books at the table. If you fail to find them, that means someother mod has modified the mara temple environment, either uninstallthat mod and try again, or uninstall this mod.The Shrine of Dudestia takes care of data migration from vanilla marriage system tomultiple marriage system. Once you get marry with the vanilla system, you can use the Shrine to move your vanilla spouse to one of themultiple marriage slots. You can also reset the vanilla quest using theshrine so that you can have another wedding.
The Shrine also providesthe capacity information of the multiple marriage system, i.e. How manyslots have been occupied. The Relocation Operator spell is used to relocate spouses. Every spouse has a unique marker which is used todefine they living locations. After casting the spell, a menu will popup to ask you which spouses you would like them to live around the placeyou are standing.
Once selected, the spouses will be teleported to youand start living there. The NPC Operator spell is the main control spell for individuals. Cast it to a npc, a pop-up menu will letyou to choose one of the following functions:1. Potential Marry: add faction that is required for vanilla marriage quests to the NPC.2. Marry: Directly assign the NPC to one of the multiple marriage slots.3. Divorce: Remove the NPC from the multiple marriage system.4.

Inventory: Open NPC's inventory. Black mesa iron sights. If you give weapons and armors to NPCthat is maintained by the multiple marriage system, the NPC will equipthem. The mod system should be able to keep these items equipped all thetime (small time delay to regear up when the NPC or the cell isreloaded).Version1.2 added:You can turn your spouses to vampires via dialogue if you are a vampire lord. If you cure yourselfafter, you can cure your spouses by bring a filled black soul gem andtalk to them.If you have problem getting the shrine and the spells because other mods change the temple of mara, try the following method:1. Press to enter the command console2. Type: help 'Shrine of Dudestia', find the item id of the shrine, in my example, the id is 0B0012c53. Type: player.placeatme 0B0012c5 1, the shrine should show up next to you (remember to replace the item id).4.
Type: help 'NPC Operator' and 'Relocation Operator' to get the item ids of two spell tomes,5. Type: player.additem(item id, 1) to get the spell tomes Version 1.1.0 Update Note (Past, Present and Future) To all friends who are still interested in this mod:It has been a long time since I left Skyrim. In this half year, Dawnguardand Hearthfire were released, and I have received quite a few messagesregarding the update of this mod.
Apologies to the ones who have sent memessages but never received my reply. To be honest, I am a bit surprised that no one continued developing this mod, or provided a modwith similar functionality, since all scripts were released togetherwith v1.0.0. I guess people with good scripting skills mostly aim todevelop large DLCs. Well.I have no right to judge.Move on. This is a Hearthfire fix for version 1.0.
Unfortunately I have nointention to fix 0.9 quest version, simply because this version ismessed up by the DLCs and will take very long time to fix, and even if Ifix it now, it is very likely to mess up again after a new DLC.I only bought the DLCs 2days ago and finish the new quest linkyesterday. Haven't adopted any child yet, and only a small house isbuilt. So this fix is kinda temporary solution. Please leave a messageif you still find it buggy.Regarding the future of this mod:I guess many of you will ask my plan of this mod. At the moment I don'thave a definitive answer.
The reason I return this time is simplybecause I've received many messages urging me to fix it since I left, especially after hearthfire. Right now I am on a month of vacation so Idecide to see what is new in this game and what happens to this mod.Life is still busy for me and I don't have the energy or time to spendnights on modding any more due to aging and parenting.
So the basic planfor now is to keep the current version compatible for as long aspossible, and try to add some small stuffs if I can find some time(don't get too much hope:)).Regarding SeranaLooks like many of you want to marry Serana. But the fact that Serana has a uniquevoice type make a generic marriage system difficult to include herwithout changing her voice or mute her. Of course I can do that, but shewill not be Serana anymore and basically lost all the meaning ofmarrying her. Another issue is that the vanilla marriage system ofskyrim is ridiculously plain and doesn't suit Serana at all. So I won'tinclude Serana in the current system, but will try to find a bettersolution for her (which again without any promise).Installation:Uninstall 0.93 or 1.0 and install 1.1 in NMM. This will remove all the related quests that provided by 0.93.Usage:Find shrine of dudestia in riften's temple of mara, next to the main tablewhere you get marry, and two spell books on the table. Use the shrineand spells to control.
Old Info So this mod kinda comes to the end. I am not sure whether I will return toskyrim modding in the future (supporting a family is hard.), but if Ican find extra time, I may meet you guys again after the release ofDLC. As promised, I release all source code for this mod and you arewelcome to do any modification you want and distribute it.!!Version 1.0.0 (Read this before you install it) I end up spent last two days implementing this version. So what's new in version 1.0.0. Well, in short, everything. This versionis the version that 'if I can do it again, what it should be'.
Iimplemented everything from scratch, so now the system is completelydriven by my own scripts. This means now you don't need to worry aboutconflict with other mods (multiple followers, other marriage mods, etc). The only modification this mod will do to other mod is that it need toreset the relationshipmarriage quest and wedding quest if you want tohave another wedding (but not necessary, other marriage mod may reset itanyway, and you can always directly assign spouse as usual). In terms of functions, this version provides 100 spouse slots, withclothes maintaining system. Furthermore, each spouse has individual homemarker, so if you have 10 mod houses, you can assign 10 spouses foreach house.
Instant marriage and divorce are provided also. By the way,1.0.0 should be able to run together with previous versions, so inprinciple you have 150 slots. This version is menu driven, because that is the only way I can complete it in two days. Also becauseit is more clear for people who what to learn skyrim scripting. I'vealready put source code in the release pack so if you are interested, check them in CK.
Most of the functions are controlled byDudestiaMultiMarriages quest, and if you do a search of 'Dudestia', youwill find most of the implementation in this mod.How to use it:it is not necessary to uninstall previous version, because this version isessentially a complete new mod. Once install, go to riften's temple ofmara, find Shrine of Dudestia and two spell book on the desk. All thefunctions are provided by the shrine and the spells. Initially allspouses controlled by this mod have their home defined at temple ofmara, I would suggest you to use the relocation operator spell toredefine the home first. The housing mechanism in 1.0.0 is differentfrom previous versions. Instead of ask spouse to move to a given house,in this version you need to define the house for each spouse.
To do so,go to the mod house you want spouses to move in, cast the relocationoperator spell, a menu will popup to let you choose which spouses youwant them to move in this house. Once you choose a spouse, he/she willbe teleported to the house and live there. What 1.0.0 provides:100 slots of spouses with clothes maintaining system. Each spouse hasindividual special house marker, so if you have 100 mod houses, you canassign each house with 1 spouse.Direct marry and divorce is also available by spell.what 1.0.0 does not provide:high priority force housing provided in 0.9.3quests in previous versionsspouse shop and gold earningKnown problem:If a slot is empty, the name panel will display npc name that previously assigned to this slot, instead of empty slot.So if there is no serious bug in this version, I guess it is time to say areal goodbye, at least for now. Consider this version as a farewellgift.Dudestia2012.5.5More about 1.0.01.0.0 is what a mod developer would call 'the core system'.
It provides all thecore functions needed in the mod. Normally developer would replace themenu interface with a series of quests and call the core functions whenappropriate. Unfortunately I don't have time to build up the quests so Iuse the simplest, menu interface instead. To scripting learners, thisis actually a better example because everything is reduced to itssimplest form.
Of course to normal game players it is just not funenough. But 1.0.0 never means to be used alone. Instead, I recommendplayer to use it as background supporting system for other marriagemods, e.g. Marriage Mod - To Have & To Hold at the steam workshop,or 0.9.3 of this mod, since 1.0.0 should have no conflict whatsoeverwith them.
But in the end, the choice is up to you. This is actually my first mod (not only for skyrim ^^;). Of course as aprogrammer in real life I didn't find it too difficult to understand thescript language and implement it. However, since I did it in a hurry, alot of small things were left behind. If you ask what will I change if Ican do it again, here are couple of suggestions for people who want tofurther develop the mod.1. The current multiple marriages feature is implemented on top of the original scripts, making the modeasily conflict to other mods that change the same scripts. A bettersolution will be make a new quest that holds spouses/housing alias, andpass the LoveInterest alias in RelationshipMarriageFIN quest to the newmultiple marriage quest after the wedding.
In this case there will be noscript conflict.2. Use array instead of copy the code multiple times, although copying was not so bad once I got a template:).Goodbye & have FunDudestia0.9.3 final updatewhat's new:outfit maintainer added. Now your spouses should always put on the dress you give them.dead spouse clean up. If a spouse die, his/her marriage and housing slots will be cleared for new spouse.Functions of this mod:1. Multiple merriages: once complete series of quest given by Dudestia, you can have multiple marriages, either follow the traditional way (getthe amulet, propose, wedding, wait for couple hours, propose to anotherone.), or use the mara's bow/ force of mara spell to make a npc to beyour spouse.Dudestia provide associate services, i.e. Reset your marriage status to single (in case something in the mod getting wrong), apoison to reset a NPC's status to be marriable, and mara's bow / spell.2. Spouse Clothes Changer and matainer: once married, you can changespouses' dresses via dialogue, the dress maintaining system should beable to keep them wear the dress and weapon.3.
Spouse housing: You can ask spouse to live in your houses and faction headquaters. With'Mark special house' shout, you can define your own special houseanywhere and ask your spouses to move in.4. Force Housing: The 'force housing' spell forces NPCs to move in your special house markedby your shout, till you cast 'release force housing' spell on them.

All batsuits arkham knight. I managed to both get Illia back as a follower after having dismissed her and get her to bring up the dialogue for marriage. Here's the problem: I went to the temple to set up the marriage and Maramal has no option to set it up. I used the code previously to get other NPC's to marry me and it worked without a problem, but not with Illia.Does anyone know what to enter in the cheat console to force Maramal to either 1) have the option to set up the wedding or 2) to move the questline forward to the wedding?Jo'Khalli thanks you in advance.Posts: 3416 Joined: Mon Jul 30, 2007 5:41 pm.
Multiple Marriages
Since it's not a quest in the traditional sense the only way to force the marriage is with commands but you skip the ceremony.try here to see if you can find a solution without the commands: that doesn't work the commmands are:addfac 19809 1andsetrelationshiprank player 4I think you misunderstood. I don't want to marry Maramal. I have Illia already waiting to be married ( I used addfac 19809 1 and setrelthionshiprank player 1 - the 1 allows illia to talk to me again). Maramal just won't show the dialogue to set up the wedding at the temple. Which the marriage part is a quest when you talk to maramal. And you can fail it.Posts: 3396 Joined: Mon Aug 20, 2007 9:51 pm.

Just saying that the marriage 'quest' isn't a traditional quest in that it doesn't have stages like normal quests (at least not known stages until the creation kit is released). So, if you can't figure your solution based on what wiki says, the console commands will allow you to marry Illia and skip the ceremony since that is all that's remaining.Posts: 3387 Joined: Wed Oct 04, 2006 9:59 pm. Which is what I mean. But the console commands addfac and setrelationship rank just allow the person to be added to the mariagable faction and show the dialogue to ask to get married. It won't actually give me a wedding or make her married to me without the ceremony.I was hoping someone could give me something to say: set the quest to the next part automatically or simply set her as already married to me.
I'm getting tired of hearing 'you should set up the wedding.blah blah' lol which actually is in my log as a quest too. It says to visit Maramal in Riften to set up the ceremony. The only thing I can find is to complete all quests or suggestions to set quest progression for other quests.Posts: 3499 Joined: Fri Oct 13, 2006 8:24 am. Please be sure to read the description first before posting about a possible issue - you might just find your solution there. As always, use LOOT to optimize your load order and SSE Edit for conflict resolution, edit forwarding & mod cleaning (remember, even the vanilla game files require cleaning! See: Creating a smashed patch with Mator Smash or a bashed patch with Wrye Bash would be very wise as well and is highly recommended (as is the USSEP).Possible issues to look out for (from the Oldrim page, mostly copy & pasted here):.Some users have reported that only the spell functions work properly (the shrine can be buggy).Sometimes you need to walk outside the temple and then back in or the wedding will not start. Also, might need to avoid non-vanilla NPCs inside the temple, otherwise PC can be duplicated in a massive form. O.o).If you 'clear' your marriage status, your current (most recent) spouse may lose their dialogue options/interactions (and might leave home) for some reason. For example, you reset the wedding quest and you notice afterward that the spouse dialogues disappear - Only the first spouse retains the dialogue interactions. The workaround is to use the included NPC management spell to marry them but without the ceremony. The initial spouse will keep their interactions (cooking, shop profits), but the last one will not.
However, both will stay at the house. It's just like a real harem, you end up having to appoint a head wife.Use the relocator spell to assign them homes, but be aware that you must take them to one of the regular player homes first, or the dialogue will not show to move to a custom player home. Also, the marriage has to be manual.
If the spell is used to marry, the dialogue will not show (this seems to contradict the above statement that says to use the spell to marry - your mileage may vary).mlbrad has let me know that:.The shrine & any script related to it is the main source of most problems.Using the spell to marry sometimes does not work properly since the game does not count it as a 'real' marriage. To fix the mod, the scripts have to be rewritten - and the mod has to be rebuilt since the esp relies on those scripts. Load the scripts in the CK and you will see that the problems are caused by how the scripts are written. For issues regarding home management and tracking NPCs I highly recommend using MHIYH (My Home Is Your Home) and CS Tag N Track https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/14018. Hey so I just ran into a very annoying bug and I don't know how to fix it. I went to the place where Odhaviing takes you to fight your way to Sovngarde. My wife/efollower didn't follow me for some reason.
And instead of using console commands to find where she was, I used the relocator spell to bring her to me. Now every time I get within 30 feet of her, or enter a new room, etc., dialogue starts like I had talked to her. Like how dialogue automatically starts when you use the relocation spell.
She won't move, and the dialogue doesn't go away unless I part ways. But when I have her follow me again, the dialogue keeps triggering.I've tried using the relocation spell to bring her back into the house, resetai, resetting her through the AFT dialogue menu, and restarting the game.I do not have a recent save because I'm stupid and saved over it, and would lose about 10-20 hours of gameplay and all kinds of progress to go back to an earlier save. I didn't realize she was bugged because after I summoned her initially, I took her home, dismissed her, and continued on with the final mission.I'm honestly at a loss. Any help would be awesome. If it helps explain anything, I'm new to modding and have had success so far with only one major hiccup that I somehow was able to fix. Well so far in testing about 29and i have like 30 followers, i noticed once i reached 24 i started having the weirdnessbasicly tell them to follow and they wont after i have had them dismissed prior, if i use the divorce function however the issue vanishessome other weird things,if i use the two in tangent with manage outfit from iaft some followers get a 'boots' equipped which even if removed reappears usually at 20+ marriedthen i also get clones said married follwoers at the temple in riften which gets weird.
